Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you aren’t happy with your tree we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. You must contact us within 24 hours of taking delivery of your tree via email to: admin@exevalleychristmastrees.co.uk

Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged.

In exceptional circumstances (about 1 in 1000 trees), we encounter a tree which goes into “shock”, a well known phenomenon where heavy needle drop can occur shortly after taking the tree into the home. In these rare cases we will replace your tree free of charge or exchange your tree for another tree of your choice of the same size.

Cancellations & Amendments

If you should need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us via email 24 hours before your delivery date. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale.
